Oakhurst Villa is located in a residential neighborhood and is not a party house.

• Maximum occupancy: 8 guests
• Parking: 2 vehicles in the driveway
• Quiet hours: 10:00 PM–8:00 AM
• No smoking
• No pets
• Exterior security devices are located at the front of the home for safety
• A noise-monitoring device is located in the backyard
• Excessive noise or rule violations may result in fines or removal without refund

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued. Grace period with free cancellation (no cancellation fees or partial refunds possible) for 48 hours after booking if arrival is at least 48 hours away at time of booking.
