Welcome to Roots & Tides, a family-friendly coastal retreat in the heart of Indian Shores. Located between the Gulf and Intracoastal Waterway, you'll enjoy easy access to two public beach access points, a heated waterfront community pool, fishing pier, and nearby restaurants, ice cream shops, and beach essentials. The ground-floor, no-stairs layout makes unloading luggage, groceries, strollers, and beach gear effortless. Beach chairs, an umbrella, cooler, and beach cart are included for easy days by the water.

The bunk room serves as a dedicated kids' retreat and is accessed through the queen bedroom. Many families appreciate this layout because it keeps younger children close while still providing everyone with their own space, but we like to mention it upfront so guests can plan accordingly.

Roots & Tides is located within a residential community. We kindly ask all guests to be respectful of our neighbors by keeping noise to a reasonable level at all times, especially during quiet hours.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued. Grace period with free cancellation (no cancellation fees or partial refunds possible) for 48 hours after booking if arrival is at least 48 hours away at time of booking.
