***Please Note: The pool is professionally serviced, tested, and treated every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. The home is surrounded by lush tropical landscaping, so occasional leaves or natural debris may be present between service visits, particularly after Florida summer rain and wind.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued. Grace period with free cancellation (no cancellation fees or partial refunds possible) for 48 hours after booking if arrival is at least 48 hours away at time of booking.
